Hello. When you come in for your consultation, you should be able to meet with a practice coordinator who should facilitate scheduling your surgery appointment. This may be contingent on your surgeons availability, and how soon they can accommodate you on the schedule. However, practice coordinators should be available to address all of your questions and make the transition process from consultation to surgery a fairly easy and smooth one. I hope this helps and I wish you success in your endeavors.
Hello and thank-you for your question. The length of time it take from you consultation until you book your surgery depends on a number of factors including your availability, the surgeons sechedule and any medical testing which needs to be completed. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to investigate your options.Best regards, Andrew Lyos, MD, FACS
It's going to depend on any number of things such as your surgeon's availably, what kind of medical tests you will need done before surgery, and the state of your health. My best,Dr. Sheila Nazarian@drsheilanazarian on Instagram
It depends on many factors, such as the Surgeon's schedule, if or not medical clearance is needed, Labs, etc. Best to seek in person consultation
I appreciate your question. You can schedule your surgery date the same day as your consultation. The patient care coordinator will help you pick a date available for your surgeon that works best with your schedule. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aestheticand restorative plastic surgery.Best of luck!Dr. Schwartz
Hello! Thank you for your question. This will depend mostly on your surgeon's availability and when you both can coordinate a mutual date and schedule time in the operating room. Ensure that you have adequate assistance as needed after your procedure as well as prepare your place of stay for your postoperative needs. Best wishes for a successful procedure!
Thanks for your inquiry. The answer depends on many factors including your schedule: work, kids, other responsibilites, your health, and your surgeon's schedule. Make sure you have things in order to spend time investing in your own recovery. call your surgeon's office to discuss. Good Luck.
At your consultation you can speak with your surgeon's office about surgery dates that fit your time frames. The wait time will vary by surgeon. If you are needing something sooner than is currently available you may wish to be added to a wait list for any cancellations that may occur.
Thank you for your question. Following your consultation, it is best to allow yourself enough time to make needed arrangements. Rushing into the procedure can lead to stress and worry. Because of this, I would recommend consulting with your board-certified plastic surgeon to create a plan of action. He will recommend the appropriate amount of time between consultation and surgery date to allow you a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It also depends on what you want. If you want injectables such as botox for example, you can have them soon after pregnancy. It is recommended that you wait several hours after having botox before you breast feed.
Great question with many different answers. It depends on you, your surgeon and many other factors such as your health, surgeon schedule, type of surgery etc. In general you do not want to rush into things and you want to do diligence by searching for the right surgeon. Try and see at least two to three experienced board certified plastic surgeons prior to booking your surgery.Good Luck!
Thank you for your question. The most important step to take in this process is to include your Neurologist as well as providing all your medical history. I generally recommend clearance from the Neurologist as well as the anesthesiologist group I am working with. You also want to be ce...
Thank you for your question. I would generally recommend 2-4 weeks off from work and any other strenuous activity. Most often the plastic surgeon determines where the patient falls in "time off" needed based on the type procedures being performed for the Mommy Make Over as well as the type...
A breast lift and extended tummy tuck are often safely combined as long as the patient is in general good health. Patients will often be able to return to a non physically demanding job after about two weeks. Resuming activity without restriction occurs typically after six weeks. Meet with a...
