I am only three weeks out but absolutely loving my results. The staff has been so helpful and the entire process from consultation to post op has been a breeze. Wish I had done this years ago. Don't hesitate to choose Dr. Craft. Updated on 9 Feb 2025: I would not hesitate to choose Dr craft and his team. I have had an incredible experience and absolutely love my results!
Dr. Craft is amazing and i love my results this far! From his bed side manner to his work 10/10 all across the board. His staff was also super sweet and very helpful. They all made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole experience. I couldnt be happier with my decision and recommend him to anyone looking to get a breast aug.
So many amazing things I have to say about Dr. Craft!!! He was the first doctor to do my breast lift with implants about 14 years ago. About 2 weeks ago I had implant exchange with lift, decided to go smaller. Let me tell you as always He never disappoints!! I couldn't be any happier. He is so knowledgeable, patient and very conservative. This is the only Dr. I trust when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I can't thank him and his staff enough for all their hard work!! Trust me, you will be in great hands!!
Decided to get lipo 360 and BBL with Dr. Craft and could not be happier! Him and his staff are so attentive and their bedside manner is amazing. Dr. Craft really listens to what you want, provides his professional opinion and executes. What I love the most is he gives you the best and most natural look based on your body. Updated on 30 Dec 2021: Decided to get lipo 360 and BBL with Dr craft. Couldn’t be happier with my results. He listens but provides his professional opinion on what would suit your body the best and then executes. Him and his staff are also very attentive and their bedside manner is outstanding.
So after a couple of years of thinking about a breast augmentation I nervously scheduled 4 consultations with different board certified plastic surgeons. As soon as I met Dr. Craft I knew he was it! I had an amazing experience from start to finish and can't say enough good things about both him and his team. My first consultation with Dr. Craft was a year prior to surgery. I had already had a couple of not-so-great experiences at 2 prior consultations with different surgeons and was beginning to think that maybe that's just the way it worked! The other doctors took maybe 15 minutes with me, didn't ask what type of implant or look I was looking for. They didn't even ask what size. Dr. Craft sat with me over an hour explaining all of the different options I had in terms of implants, incisions, muscle placement and projection and asked for inspiration photos as well! He was honest from the start about what we could accomplish as I was borderline for a lift. After feeling confident we were on the same page as to what I was looking for, I was given an estimate and wasn't pressured at all to book right away, which was comforting since at the prior consultations I was immediately sent to scheduling and pressured to book as soon as possible. I booked in April of this year with Daylis and Marilyn (the sweetest people ever!) for surgery in July. They were always available with any questions and made the process a lot less scary for me as this was my first surgery ever. I am BEYOND happy with my results! They are better than I imagined and I would recommend him to anyone, no questions asked. Thank you to Dr. Craft and his team for making this such a smooth and happy experience for me!
I must say I was a little reluctant about the laser hair removal procedure, then I found Dr. Craft! The experience was very pleasant, he explains everything in detail and makes you feel comfortable thru out the whole process. My results speak for themselves. I am so happy and can’t wait to go back for my second treatment. I highly recommend to get rid of those unwanted hairs! Happy summer!
I’ve had several surgical and cosmetic procedures with Dr. Craft and most recently I started laser hair removal and couldn’t wait to review!!! I AM SO EXCITED WITH MY RESULTS! I had been to other places to receive quotes because at the time his practice didn’t offer the service and everyone said 6-12 sessions per area. I’ve had 1 session with Dr. Craft and I cannot believe my results!! His laser is the newest and highest quality one on the market. He cares about getting you results instead of getting your money like these other places that set the machine on the lowest settings so that you have to come back multiple times for treatment. I cannot wait to be completely hair free!!!!!
What can I say about this doctor and his staff, doctor Craft the best of the best,I totally reccomend this doctor, supper professional and fully knowledgeable in what he is doing, not the most cheap, but worth the money you spend doing your cosmetic surgery with him because you are in good hands
Dr. Craft's bedside manner comes second to none. He took his time and explained everything and answered all our questions. He was not rushed and seemed to genuinely care and listened to everything we had to say. I had seen Dr. Ary Krau approx 3 years ago and his price at CG cosmetics at the time was half the price Dr. Craft quoted, however I wasn't sold at the time. Dr. Krau spent about 5 mins w/ me before he rushed to the next room. I felt like I was in some sort of boob factory, I guess you get the time/attention you pay for?! .... Dr. Craft was the first and only Dr. I saw this time around, the moment we walked out of the office hubby and I knew he was the one. Being a mom, I want to make sure I go with someone I trust and feel safe with. Dr. Craft has done a beautiful job on a few of my friends and I cannot wait for m surgery. I have my pre-op appt tomorrow and sx scheduled for 09/26. Will keep you ladies updated and post pre/post pictures Updated on 28 Sep 2019: Preo-op appointment went great. I changed my mind on the implant size and we discussed new sizes. We ended up choosing the sientra 107 to help achieve the projection I wanted and it was $800 more than our original quote. The official countdown to surgery began that day!! I had surgery on Wed the 25th, everything went smooth, hubby got to wait in a nice private room while I was in surgery. The pre-op and PACU nurses were both amazing, so was the anesthesiologist and OR nurse. Dr. Craft as always was nice, kind and so patient. I was so nervous but everyone was just so kind and the environment felt just right. I will post and update with pictures soon, I love my results since day one, day by day they only look better and better!!! Dr. Craft has magical hands, I am so happy I chose him to be my doctor, I highly recommend him to everyone!!!
Despite being almost 50 years old at the time of my first BA, I merely thought my small, droopy breasts were the result of weight loss as a teenager, and genetics on my father's side. I always thought about an augmentation, but didn't have the confidence I believe I needed. I began the consultation process to discover I had constricted tuberous breasts, which while it sounds harsh, by definition is a deformity. I share my journey and the lessons I have learned (and my experience) in the hopes of helping, educating and changing the viewpoint of discussions about this with the women and girls in our lives. Updated on 22 Aug 2019: This was my third attempt to achieve the above (not with Dr Craft , he was #4) . Previous surgery resulted in large gap between breasts and lateral sliding of implants. PS would not alter pocket and recommended wider implant with slightly higher profile (moderate Mentor to Allergan). To improve lack of upper pole and “ribby/skinny” appearance of upper chest fat transfer was used. Poor result all the way around - implants were too large for my frame and stretched my already thin skin, fat transfer resulted in some successes but with keloid scars at extraction points ( inner /outer thighs) and friction burns with infection and hyper-pigmentations at cannula injection sites. These pictures are 3- months post—op following antibiotics, direct steroid injections and prednisone. Outline of implant apparent immediately- constant tender tissue on underside of breast. Bottoming out to develop later. Updated on 22 Aug 2019: Despite being told (1) don’t know what the cause of those lesions are (2) there really is no way to improve the upper pole on you- I knew it couldn’t be so. Followed up on friend recommendations and had consult with Dr Christopher Craft ( there are 2 in Miami- they are brothers). Relayed my story while he listened patiently. Without even batting an eye he said “oh- those are friction burns”. The previous PS, a dermatologist and an internist couldn’t diagnose this (with the PS, he might not have wanted to admit the error...)I almost started to cry hearing this validation and the sense of relief. “It’s going to take a while, but they will go away”. He then literally approached me like a puzzle he was trying to solve. Confirmed the bottoming out, discussed options of tightening the pockets, exchanging for smaller implants and adding Strattice to support the obviously thin tissue supporting my implants. He spoke of how he would have approached my surgery from the beginning- how tuberous breast augmentations are one of the most complicated. How they often go over the muscle to stretch the skin and years later come back and go under and replace. Never heard such options before! So wish I had found him sooner... He confirmed how with my first surgery, the Bellini lift was the cause for mis-shapen oval areolas ( something the PS told me was just fine and that I was beautiful just how I was). We spoke of potential need for a lift because of the little amount of natural breast tissue I had and how tightening the pockets would cause the nipples and areolas to turn outward and lateral. Complete disclosure- no surprises. I felt he had my best interests at heart. His staff is lovey. I called early the next week and booked my surgery date. Updated on 22 Aug 2019: I traveled from NJ to Miami and spent the week in a hotel close to the office for the weekend and then with a friend. Dr Craft insisted there be a 1-week follow up visit before returning home. We decided on smooth round Sientra 107 implants 435/455 high moderate profile which is a more cohesive than my previous and will help achieve an upper pole fullness. The stats of the implants were 14.5cm/4.8 projection/520 cc. The new ones would be 13.3/12.3 cm/3,6/4,8 projection/435/455 ccs (yes precious PS did not address asymmetry). Strattice would be used with both breasts. We discussed doing a lift at the same tine and agreed to see how much of the skin laxity was addressed. The surgery was close to 5 hours. Dr Craft spent a great deal of time drawing on me ( many colors!) explains why things would do what they should or would to both me and my fiancé. They permitted him to stay in the office in an extremely comfortable room with a plush couch, WiFi and consistent attention to he his comfort as well. As said before, the office staff is lovely, accommodating and truly demonstrates a team effort. Updated on 22 Aug 2019: Had a tough time sleeping. Strattice is secured to actual ribs in a number of places- so there is discomfort at those points. The area where is it located is also sore and tender as it needs to stretch and be absorbed. These will not drop as much because of more cohesive gel and Strattice. Am second guessing size thinking I should have gone larger- we’ll see Updated on 23 Aug 2019: As discussed, the combination of Strattice and closing the pocket could result in low, lateral areola and nipple areas. It might improve over time with the settling of the implants and the absorption of the Strattice. Whether it will be to my satisfaction is another story... Updated on 23 Aug 2019: As thought I most likely will need a lift in order to correct the low/lateral nipple-areola area. However, this can not even be considered for at least a year. At 6 months tho Gs will most likely be “where they will be”. Truth is, they look pretty darn good. My cleavage is good, albeit different to what I was used to (more “hanging” before) and I am experiencing some boob greed wishing I had gone a little bigger ( #3 set was 520cc Allergan mod profile soft touch~ #4 are Sientra 107 435/455 high moderate). The high cohesive gel has definitely improved the upper pole fullness- no doubt. The lower is still lacking, but the Strattice is doing its job. Hopefully it will soften and the lower portion will kick out. They do look good in a bra and clothes. Now just to get them a little better when the clothes come off... but we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it. Again, Dr Craft and his entire team have been wonderful and I recommend them highly. Please feel free to ask questions - as i truly believe this forum is here to help. See you in a few months! Updated on 23 Aug 2019: I have no doubt much angst and money could have been saved if I had known more about my body, the procedure and the devices that I was considering to put in my body. Do your research ladies!!! If the PS doesn’t like your comments or questions, move on and find another. Don’t let them blow sunshine up “you know where” and tell you all is done and you are beautiful “ when you know in your heart of hearts it’s not. But to that point, do your research and know what you are taking about, what you need and what you want! Xox Updated on 23 Aug 2019: Sorry- the app was not cooperating. A few more pics to show the evolution from start to finish. Again- don’t give up ! You will find someone who will not only listen, but hear you! Good luck!. See you back here in a few months when things are even more settled.xox Updated on 5 Jan 2020: Thought I would check in as it has been quite a whiles since an update! I am six months post revision (#3). Each week my appearance continues to change, with my implants continuing to settle and my fat transfer scars continuing to heal and fade (scars not created by De Craft). I still am experiencing some discomfort while the Strattice absorbs and stretches into place- a longer process than I anticipated (have been advised it may be as long as a year). My breasts don’t point downward or to the side as much as they did, and I hope the trend continues. Still not quite where I would like. The bottom /underneath area is also still contributing to “kick-out” as I like to call it... and I am hopeful they will continue to round out on the bottom. As we discussed, a lift of some kind (hopefully peri) might be in my future in the later part of 2020 if so. Patience , unfortunately is not one of my stronger virtues...:-) I will be scheduling a consult to see what can be done to lessen the discoloration of my scars. Very upsetting as I have purchased a strapless wedding gown that may not cover them- haven’t had the courage to try it on...stay tuned ~ be back in months or so
Unfortunately one cannot specifically target weight gain to a specific area. As one gains weight globally, so too will the buttocks increase in volume by increasing the size of those fat cells in the gluteal region. I do not recommend gaining weight before or after a BBL. Sudden changes in weight can damage the skin a result in permanent changes that would be detrimental to the final result. A better approach however would be to focus upon muscle growth. By adding muscle to the gluteal region, one may indeed target that region for additional volumization. Squats, lunges, and similar exercises can increase the projection of the buttock. This additional volume can augment the contours of a BBL.
Freyjabork, Congratulations on having undergone your breast enhancement procedure. You are still very early in the post surgical process, and you will likely need 4-6 months to truly see your final results. Some degree of asymmetry, firmness variation, soreness, and even changes in sensation are not atypical at this stage. It is very normal to be "paranoid" after a surgery like this. Although time is the best answer, I recommend a follow up with your surgeon for a discussion about your concerns and an evaluation. If nothing else this may help provide some peace of mind. Best of luck and congratulation again.
Hola, Without the benefit of pictures or better yet a detailed physical exam it would be very difficult to determine the exact nature of the problem. It sounds like either a "double bubble", traction ripple, or knuckling of the implant that would all be approached differently. I recommend following up with your surgeon and describing your concerns. let them guide you as to what the problem may be and how best to address it. If in doubt, a second opinion from another surgeon is never a bad idea. best of luck.
You do indeed have characteristics of tuberous breasts. Although it appears that your breasts create a significant amount of anxiety for you, please understand that it is very common. You should not be overly tough on yourself. As a surgeon the complexities of correcting a tuberous breast and addressing the constricted inferior pole are both challenging and rewarding. You will most likely require some release of the constriction of your inferior poles, lowering of the breast creases, narrowing the diameter of the areola, and expanding the skin and tissue envelope to accommodate the implant. I recommend seeking out an experienced board certified plastic surgeon for consultation. After a complete exam, tissue evaluation, and dimensional analysis he can better describe the surgical maneuvers that will be required as well as an implant size that will complement your anatomy. I would also like to mention that you appear to have an adequate amount of breast tissue (specifically in the superior pole) that a sub glandular/submammory or a subfascial pocket may be beneficial in helping expand the lower pole and shape the skin and tissue envelope. Best of luck with your surgery. You have every reason to have a beautiful result when all is said and done. Hope this helps.
You need to discuss this in detail with your surgeon. The problem you are having may be a seroma or infection. Your surgeon will be able to look at cultures from the fluid to determine if an infection is present. He may also want to obtain an X-ray if he hasn't already. I know you are anxious, as any client would be, to remove your implant(s), but it frequently is the best long term option if a chronic infection is present. Your plastic surgeon should be able to give you proper guidance. If in doubt a second opinion is never a bad idea.
