Do I have to stop taking Shakeology prior to surgery? (photos)

I drink Beach Body's Shakeology shakes for lunch every day, but I'm wondering if I need to stop drinking them prior to my mommy makeover (TT and BL) in two weeks. I've attached an image of the ingredients

Thank you for your question.  I believe that all of the ingredients in Shakeology are safe for surgery, but the best idea would be to send the nutritional label to your surgeon so that they can ensure that there aren't any supplements that may cause issue with either anesthesia or bleeding during surgery.  Hope that this helps.

Thank you for your question.  I think it is safest to send the list of contents to your plastic surgeon to review. Every surgeon has a different protocol, before and after surgery, so it is best to check with your chosen one. Hope this helps and good luck with your procedure.

Your PS must know all the supplements and herbal remedies you're taking because some of these contain ingredients that could interfere with anesthesia and lead to increased bleeding.  Examples include green tea, fish oil, vitamin E (in high dosage), ginger, ginkgo biloba, etc.I hope that helps and good luck.
