I’m one week post-op from an implant exchange with downsizing (800 cc teardrop high profile “gummy bear” to 550 cc Motiva Ergonomix Demi ) accompanied by an anchor breast lift (mastopexy with an inverted-T incision). I would consider mine one of the more complicated cases considering that it’s been 20 years since my last implants and I had a previous doughnut breast lift (periareolar mastopexy) where the sutures tore on one areola and I never had it repaired. In addition I never wore a bra over the last 20 years so there was quite a bit of sagging and stretching of the tissue, muscle, and skin. Dr. Roudner also agreed it was one of his more difficult cases after surgery which took three hours longer than expected. I’ve attached a before photo along with my one week post-op. I’ll upload more photos as I progress. My review for Dr. Roudner is a 10/10. I could not be any happier or more excited about my results. Everything from the first consultation until now has exceeded all of my expectations. Throughout the entire experience he was thoughtful, thorough, patient, and professional. His entire team was nothing short of fantastic. And even though I’m only one week out and have some time to go to “drop and fluff” I think my breasts are going to be perfect and I can tell that my scars are going to look symmetrical and as good as it can possibly get. I have known many plastic surgeons over the years, and I’ve heard many horror stories from friends about all of them. I also know many people who have gone to Dr. Roudner or know him personally, and I’ve never heard a negative thing about him. This is why I chose him to begin with. And I’m so glad that I did.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Roudner and the entire staff. He has great bedside manners and is very professional. They kept me informed through each process before and after the surgery with quick responses to any follow up questions that I had. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Roudner and his team.

I don’t have a single negative thing to say about my experience with Dr. Tal and his team. From the very first consult, Dr. Tal was incredibly patient, kind, and informative. He took the time to make sure every single question I had was addressed. It took me a couple months to decide to finally get the breast augmentation, but once I did his patient coordinator was ready and replied quickly. I had never had surgery before, so naturally I was extremely nervous on surgery day. The whole team at the surgical center was so kind and reassured me everything would be fine. I couldn’t believe how easy it was, I went to sleep, woke up and it was over! I’m two months post op now and I couldn’t have asked for better results. 10/10 recommend

Dr. Tal was a wonderful surgeon, and he combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Dr. Tal is amazing! I am so so happy I chose him for my breast reduction. When I first met with Dr. Tal, he went over all my medications and supplements with me and expressed genuine concern for my health. That is something I did not experience with the other surgeons I had consultations with. About 3 weeks ago I went from DD breasts to a full C. The surgery went smoothly and the healing process was not bad at all. My breasts look amazing (almost as if they were implants, but they're not) and my confidence has definitely increased.
