My nose is slanted and seems to be growing cartaledge slightly larger on one side. I’d like to even it out and fix the dent in between my Bose from the front view. Possibly raise the bridge too? Would non-surgical be an option or is rhinoplasty my only one.
Answer: I suspect you're a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. The base view of your nose appears to show a crooked columella which is typically due to a deviated nasal septum. On front view, you appear to have an excessively wide nasal appearance, especially in the tip. You appear to have a pleasing profile appearance. If you are looking to straighten your columella, improve your Airway, and to achieve a narrower and less distracting nasal appearance, I suspect you may consider rhinoplasty surgery. Thank you for your question.

Answer: Non-Surgical Nosejob Candidate -- with Fillers (Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer

Answer: Non surgical rhinoplasty You are an excellent candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty. Filler would work best at evening out and elevating your dorsum. Great care should be taken when injecting the nasal tip. A conservative injection will help address the bifid tip but attempts at creating a narrow or very defined tip could result in compromise of the small vessels in the skin of the tip. I would highly suggest seeing a skilled injector who also performs rhinoplasty.

Answer: I’d like to know if I’d be a good candidate for a non-surgical nose job to correct my slanted nose? Thank you for your pictures and questions. An internal nasal exam would be needed. Keep in mind that non-surgical rhinoplasty is an additive only procedure. Meaning that it can disguise some asymmetry and contours but only by making areas larger. It cannot trim or make things smaller. In your case, I think your facial harmony would be best served with a more invasive procedure like a rhinoplasty to reduce, shape, and straighten the nose. In addition, this would be a permanent solution rather than a costly solution that has to be repeated yearly.Hope this helps!Dallas R. Answer: Achieving Aesthetic Goals Thank you for sharing your questions and photos. A non-surgical rhinoplasty uses dermal fillers to correct minor cosmetic imperfections. This method might address a slight dent and offer a more symmetrical appearance but wouldn't address nostrils or the shape of your nose. I recommend visiting with a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in both non-surgical and surgical rhinoplasty. Best of luck.
