Without any surgery is there any way philtrum width can look small by any facial exercise (NOT height)Width seems wide after rhinoplasty surgery which i have undergone 2 months back.

If you have a wide and low nasal bridge appearance, I do not think that injectable fillers would deliver the type of bridge definition and height that you are looking for. Please consider re-asking a question with photographs for a more specific answer. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Based on your photos, you appear to have a large dorsal hump and an acute nose lip angle. Did a permanent non-surgical nose job treatment may require too much product to camouflage your large hump. Additionally, this would not lead to any tip lifting at all. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
