Is there any way Philtrum WIDTH reduction naturally done by any exercise?

I am not aware of any procedures to narrow the horizontal width of the philtrum of the upper lip. Consider re-asking your question with photos. Thank you. Dr Joseph

While the philtrum is situated over the orbicularis oris muscle, the philtral width is not determined by the amount of facial exercise, and will unlikely change by facial exercise. The philtral widening you are experiencing may be attributed to postoperative swelling or maneuvers performed during the rhinoplasty. Consider visiting a rhinoplasty surgeon for a proper examination.
