Can I make my nose thinner and symmetrical non surgically? (photos)

Based on your photo, you appear to have a wide natural appearance in your tip and nostrils. In general, achieving significant narrowing in the lower 1/3 of the nose would require rhinoplasty surgery. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer

Based on your single photo only, I don't think nonsurgical rhinoplasty will accomplish your goal.  Nonsurgical rhinoplasty involves putting in injectable filler.  So it's filling something - actually making it bigger, or wider, or higher, whatever the case may be.  It works to fill in areas that are indented, or low, or to raise and enhance the dorsum.  Its not going to make a prominent dorsum lower, or a wide tip narrower, in fact it will do the opposite.  It could perhaps improve your symmetry, but also widen your tip more.  Probably exactly what you don't want.  It appears that you need a rhinoplasty to trim and refine the wide cartilages of your nasal tip.  There might be other issues as well, but only an exam can determine what you need exactly.
