Is my nose too wide and will a non-surgical rhinoplasty make my nose less wide? (photos)

Question

Hi I was just curious as to whether I could make my nose more suited to my face by non-surgical rhinoplasty or if I would need surgical rhinoplasty. My nose is relatively small, as seen especially from the side, but to me it looks a bit too wide from the front. I’ve heard that phone cameras can make one’s nose look bigger/wider than it is in real life, but I’m hoping to get a general indication here before consulting a plastic surgeon in person. I’m 18 years old and female for reference. Thanks

Based on your photos, the lower 1/3 of your nose appears to be a bit wide. If you are looking to achieve a narrower nasal appearance in the lower 1/3 of your nose, rhinoplasty surgery may be a better option. Adding filler may lead to a wider appearance. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. However, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for your query.
Fillers will add volume to your nose and raise the height. It cannot narrow your nose. In some cases, fillers can widen your nose over time.
Threadlifts can help to elongate and achieve a more defined look. 
If you are concerned about nose widening, I would recommend an in-person consultation to assess your suitability for nose threadlift.

Hi
there. A non-surgical rhinoplasty involves dermal fillers being
injected in the nose to shape it to achieve the desired result.
Filler technically wouldn't make your nose smaller, but you could
balance the nose with filler at the sides of the bridge to balance
the width more. That being said, this would not make the nose more
narrow so it may not create the results you're after. It is best to
consult with a health care professional that is experienced or
specialises in dermal fillers as this is a tricky procedure. My
opinion is that your nose has great proportions for your face.
