Hello, I would like to lengthen my nasolabial angle from acute to obtuse. Main reasons are create space around the philtrum, and create illusion of a nose tip lift/upturn. I need all options except rhinoplasty. Thank you

Answer: Upturn that nose Hi there. Thanks for your question! My first idea would be to try a little Botox/Dysport/Xeomin right under the nose. There is a ligament there, that, if released, can often do exactly what you're after and upturn the tip of the nose slightly! After that, I would consider adding some filler to the tip of the nose, but the Botox option will be the easiest and most cost effective thing to try first! Let me know how it works! @DrKatNP.trilogy

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty You would need to project your tip by augmenting your columella. Although a rhinoplasty is your best option, you can often elevate the tip with injections in the columella and tip. Seek out a consultation with a board-certified expert. Best wishes.
