Hello, I would like to lengthen my nasolabial angle from acute to obtuse. Main reasons are create space around the philtrum, and create illusion of a nose tip lift/upturn. I need all options except rhinoplasty. Thank you

Answer: Rhinoplasty may be necessary to lift a droopy tip.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a large dorsal hump and an acute nose lip angle. Did a permanent non-surgical nose job treatment may require too much product to camouflage your large hump. Additionally, this would not lead to any tip lifting at all. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
