Can I get 360 lipo plus arms, thighs and double chin at once?

Hi - thank you for your question. In general, yes, these areas of liposuction can be safely combined with an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon. In terms of being able to achieve the specific result, you are describing, an in-person consultation would be needed.

In order to reduce your waist line and receive more buttock projection you'll need a fat transfer most of the time. You didn't posted photos which would have helped in the assessment. All lipo which you desire can be done at the same time.I am certified but the American Board of Plastic Surgery and have practiced in the Miami area for the past 29 tears. As you we'll know, the South Florida area has become a hot bed for Brazilian Butt Lifts. Unfortunately, cosmetic surgery down here as also given rise to a number of mom and pop clinics who perform surgeries at unimaginable low prices. Buyer beware. 
The key is............ does the surgeon have a keen sense of aesthetics? Can he/she create a shapely, attractive buttock or are they just technicians that wind up with large unshapely behinds? The same holds true for the liposuction portion of the procedure. Understand that liposuction whether SAL, PAL or UAL ( not including LAL because the fat obtained through this technique will not be useful) is not that technically challenging. However, the keen aesthetic eye will determine the eventual work of art.We are creators and have the ability to turn out beautiful works of art. Simply put................not all artists create quality work.
Always seek out the opinion of a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with years of experience in liposuction and fat transfers . Furthermore request to see before and after photos of previous patients by that doctor....not a clinic or surgery center. Do your homework......research and verify the doctor's credentials. Have they had problems with the Board of Medicine, disciplinary or otherwise. Any law suits? 
How about the center, clinic or facility? Are they accredited by a national organization or do they just have State approval. Understand that at the current time, there are three nationally recognized organizations responsible for the highest levels of patient safety, AAAASF, AAACH and JCHO. You owe it to yourself to position yourself for the best possible results but under the most stringent safety regulations.
How about anesthesia? Will you have a medical doctor certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA)? Understand that there is no substitute for research. Cosmetic surgery, no matter how simple it may be to the patients, are invasive procedures and as such carry certain risks and complications.
In our office we use TouchMD which is a web based program in which patients have the ability to load their picture unto the program. We can accommodate patients from as far away as California. I then evaluate them and can actually draw on the picture to show a potential patient where the incisions would be located and how the procedure is to be realized. It's all done to comply with HIPPA which is the federal law that protects the patient's medical information. Look them up.

I recommend you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in fat transfers to discuss your goals, examine you, and show you before/after photos to give you a better idea of the type of result you can expect to get. jaliakulis.  I appreciate your concerns, however photographs would help in order to provide a more conclusive recommendation. Your first option is to try diet and exercise to attain your ideal weight prior to surgery. At that time, liposuction 360 combined with treatment of your thighs and neck region can be done simultaneously if the amount of fat needed to be removed does not exceed 4-5 L. It is extremely rare to perform liposuction on the hands. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck.

Without knowing your BMI or ht & wt impossible to tell. Best in person evaluation with private practice boarded PS. WHAT you do not understand is the sell tools these clinics use! You hear # of areas, where in fact, in Florida, the Board of Medicine for office surgery has very very strict rules for the amounts a of liposuction allowed in one surgery. The rule is 4 liters max of supernatant fat (pure fat). So if you are overweight than most likely the 4 liters could just be in your 360 trunk/abdomen. Therefore you could not include arms, thighs, chin. Or you could limit the amounts from the trunk to include those other areas, not good idea.  Hope this clears things....

Hello, thanks for the question. If your health condition allows you to get extensive liposuction, ,then yes those areas can be treated at once. Try to visit a certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and discuss your results. Good Luck

Hard to answer this question without pictures. Be sure you see a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who can show you a comprehensive portfolio of pre- and post-op photos.Your risks are related to the amount of fat to be removed and the time you are under anesthesia.Anything more than 3000 cc of fat removal is associated with a  higher risk of fat embolism (read: possible death) and more than 4 hours of anesthesia for a cosmetic procedure is considered too much.
