Weight 200lbs lost 30lbs been working out 6days a week and eating healthy. Height is 5"8 and my BMI I believe is 30.4. My goal weight is to be 150 still working to lose at more lbs before surgery. I am also going get tummy tuck after bbl is done because of the excessive skin and can use muscle repair.

Circumferential trunk liposuction has been around forever and adding 360 to the name has not made it any more or less effective.

Based on your pictures I would recommend you a tummy tuck  with liposuction for better 
results.  You have laxity on the abdomen area which only 
can be removed 
with TT, also liposuction can improve your waist, back and flanks 
area.  This surgery can be performed if your lab

A BBL 360 usually refers to liposuction around the mid section( abdomen and waist). Best of luck......

Most of the time a BBL includes 360 lipo as it is important to create that tiny waist to contrast against more voluptuous buttocks and hips. You can piece meal the surgery and choose a few areas to lipo and transfer the fat but you do not get the dramatic results seen with 360 lipo.
