Hi! I am 29 years old, I weigh 126 Lbs and I am 5'7, for many years I have been wanting to have this surgery, since I was overweight at 21 years old and when I lowered my fat percentage again by exercising my breasts were saggy.
At first I thought that only with implants everything would return to its place and thus avoid scars, but my surgeon recommended that I do a breast lift with implants since the drop in my breasts was significant.
I was not very interested in having very large breasts only that they are firmer and natural looking, so he recommended the 230 CC Demi by Motiva with the Dual Plane technique to give it a more natural look.
I am very happy with the results and I think that I made the best decision and I do not regret it, only that I still do not get used to the scars, I hope that with time they can improve and that they are not so visible since I only have 26 days since the surgery, I will be showing you my updates, I hope it helps! :)

Here I already have a month after my surgery, I went to consult and everything is going well.
They told me that scars look good and will be in constant change for the first year.
I already have permission to do gentle exercises.

Here is an update a few days before my second month of my surgery (04/09/2021).

I have not had much luck with my scars as apparently I have had some kind of rejection of the internal sutures (these take approximately 60 to 90 days to fully reabsorb) they recommended I use tecassol when this happens.

It worries me a bit since I think that this may make them more noticeable later, I hope that is not my case.

Did it happen to someone else? :(

I was supposed to be able to exercise from the first month but I still don't feel safe and I prefer to wait for all this to pass and improve, I'm afraid that it could get worse.

I have not yet fully recovered sensation in my left nipple.

Es la primera vez que escribo por aquí para poder ayudar a las que aún tengan alguna duda, el doctor Manelic es un excelente cirujano que se nota que ama lo que hace. Me sentí muy segura y tranquila en la primera consulta, yo valoro el trato excepcional que le da a sus pacientes que lo más importante es el bienestar del paciente. Pues me hizo Tummy tuck y Breast Lift with implants Y estoy muy feliz con los resultados porque las cicatrices apenas se notan el ombligo super natural ni parece de abdominoplastia increíble todos los que me ven se quedan sorprendidos y enseguida me piden el número de contacto de cirujano.

El doctor Mejía (el muñeco), es un excelente profesional. Viene al pais a realizarme un levantamiento de mama con protesis, y como toda primeriza tuve 10,000 dudas sobre el pre y post operatorio. Me sentia tan mal que acabada de llegar al pais entre en panico y queria regresarme. La verdad es que fue una experiencia unica desde la primera consulta hasta el post operatorio todo fue super organizado. El doctor aclaro todas mis dudas en el centro recibí la mejor de las atenciones. Me dejo muy impresionada la profesionalidad y la dedicacion con la que todos me atendieron. Puedo solo recomendar este excelente medico, porque excedio todas mis expectativas me senti segura y confiada en todo momento. Honestly not sure where to start..... so many great things to say about Dr. Manelic Mejia. Lets first start with bedside manners and professionalism... A year ago I decided to get a mommy makeover with Dr. Mejia. After researching for over 2 years, I chose him because of his professionalism and attention to details. He really care about his patients well being and not the money (unlike so many other doctors). He is very REALISTIC with the results and will walk you through the process step by step. Before the surgery he made me feel safe and secure the whole time. After surgery he makes sure to follow up with you on daily basis, always quick on answering any message s or phone calls. I’m very please with my results and with I lot of excitement I’m ready to come back on April, 2018 to finish my makeover with a breast lift. Thank you Dr. Manelic. Having surgery with Dr.Manelic Mejia was one of the best choices of my life after 2 pregnancies I was very unhappy with my body. After meeting with Dr.Mejia and having a very detailed consultation I knew I was in great hands. As someone who works in the medical field I can say he has excellent bedside manners, very professional and attentive to the patients needs and concerns his Office Manager-Dr.Garcia is amazing as well definitely a reflection of what he represents very knowledgeable and always responds to my messages immediately and took it upon herself to constantly check in on me. I’m beyond pleased with my results for such a short period of time and will be definitely going back as we were unable to fit all procedures needed in one session. There’s no need to go anywhere else once you have the pleasure of meeting this man I promise you won’t want to go elsewhere the level of confidence he delivers is irreplaceable. For a long time I wanted to have a breast augmentation and out of fear I had not done it, until I met Dr. Manelic and he gave me the confidence and security I needed to encourage me to do it. 04/09/2017 Fué mi cirugía, a pocos días más de mes y medio estoy encantada, feliz y agradecida con el Doctor y todo el equipo de AllYouWantToBe, las atenciones y el seguimiento de primera, la clínica súper higiénica y moderna.

Mi experiencia con el doctor manelic fue lo que andaba buscando hace ya más de tres años, un doctor que me diera la seguridad, la confianza el Respeto que para mi vida siempre tengo prioridad, lo primero que me robo el corazón con el doctor fue su profesionalismo al explicarme cada detalle de mi cirugía,los procesos cada detalle y aún después de ya cuatro meses mi doctor me trata y me responde cualquier inquietud que tenga

Si lo eliges estarás en las mejores manos. No me sentia a gusto con mi apariencia fisica en especial mis pechos, después de un embarazo todo cambia y aunque se puede mejorar con deportes, los pechos son cosas de un buen cirujano,. Entrar por esa puerta hacia el consultorio del Dr. Mejía ha sido una de mis mejores desiciones, lo hermoso de ese dia no fue la posibilidad de tener unos pechos grandes, si no que cualquier profesional en su área me busca mil defectos los cuales yo tambien notaria y me los habría operado, en cambio fue muy claro y preciso cuando dijo: ""En tu lugar no me operaria, tienes cuerpo perfecto aun después de un embarazo, pero considerando el sueño de toda mujer podemos aumentar un poco tus mamas sin exagerar, muestra me que te gustaría y miramos que tanto podemos hacer."" Lo mejor de todo es que sali de allí sintiéndome mas bella y con mas emoción de la que entre, sin haber tomado aun la decisión de operarme. Mas adelante tome la decisión y aqui estoy con unos hermosos implantes de pechos y una experiencia única. Las instalaciones de la clinica son muy adecuadas para los riesgos que conlleva cualquier Cirugía y los cuidados son los mejores, sin contar que no senti nada de dolor y desde el dia de mi alta medica ...... hasta los próximos 10 dias, mi recuperación fue supervisada por el Dr. Mejía y su equipo de trabajo, hasta la fecha casi dos meses después aun mantenemos contacto para cualquier inquietud que tenga yo como paciente.
