TT/breast lift/thigh lipo. PS used staples to close part of breast lift, TT & bellybutton. I had infections/wound separation in those spots. My LT breast has a skin fold at the base & the bottom is flat. The TT scar is high, my pubic hairline was raised + the top of my labia (never discussed prior to surgery) Surgery was 3 hrs. I had an upper ab separation of 4cm. Should I find a new surgeon or talk to the surgeon that owns the practice? Revisions are not covered (PS said they are rare)

No insurance will cover the breast lift. That is always considered cosmetic. If you are close to your goal weight, consider doing the breast lift now. Once you are where you wish to be or are no longer losing weight, then discuss doing the tuck. Many surgeons do not take Medicare for the tummy...
Hi! I recommend my patients to continue belly button training for at least 3 months post-op. Silagen sphere is a very good product. This will make that shape become permanent and not just temporary like you experienced. Scar formation may take up to a year, therefore continuing scar treatments...
Consider just doing the breast lift. If you are content with your size now, you should be happy with the lift. Just based on your one distant photo, you do not appear to have much fat to donate.
