Nano-fat grafting for the face and also seeking to get a fat transfer on the hands and feet. Could I do this all at once?

I've been told that nano-fat grafting is best for under the eyes and the lips. What is the process for this and is the fat decanted or centrifuged? Could someone please explain the process for preparing the fat with each technique? Do you need to be certified/trained to do the nano-fat grafting or could any plastic surgeon do this? I would also like to rejuvenate the dorsal area of the hands and feet? Which technique would work best and could I do all of this in one day under general/local anesthesia.
