DMSO and Fat Grafting?

I’ve read that DMSO is great for fat grafting because it increases blood flow and also decreases inflammation. There was an experiment that can be found online that shows that rats had fat grafting and dmso was used on one group and the other group did not. The dmso group retained much more fat than the controls. I got excited reading this, then I found some literature about some other studies of how dmso kills fat cells and it’s being used to treat cellulite. What is your thought on this Thanks

Nano fat is just a terminology for how we personally process the fat. We all have our own tricks and techniques we have learned through experience.   I use nano fat around the eyes and in the lips. For cheecks, jaws and chin I like larger fat transfer globules.Hope this helps,Best of luck,DrC

This is needs an in-person evaluation. A combination of 5/FU steroids, lasers, microneedling/prp and radiofrequency can give improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
