I had fat transfer to my forehead to smooth out wrinkles. It created uneven protruding bumps throughout my forehead.

What can I do to get rid of the fat bumps on my forehead? Is there any type of procedure that will smooth out my forehead? It has been 1 1/2 yrs since the fat injections. I had Botox twice since the procedure which did not help the fat bumps. I am 60yrs old. I will not go back to my physician and I live in Scottsdale, AZ Thank you all for your recommendations and advice!

Fortunately you look okay. But I have rarely seen a patient who had fat grafting to the face and thought it was worthwhile m. Many surgeons perform fat grafting during a facelift. Costs a lot more but does nothing in my opinion.
