I have sagging neck skin from yoyo weight gain/loss. I am not bothered by anything else on my face. Perhaps just my eye bags but not as much as the sagging neck. Is a neck lift warranted or are there any non-surgical procedures that could help? I understand it is best done when I am in the ideal weight I set for myself (18 kgs to go). Does the neck lift always need to be done with a face lift?
