I have always been self conscious about my disproportionate profile. I know that I could benefit from many surgeries but I would like to do the simplest solution to look more proportionate. I'm not interested in a chin implant. I am not overweight, I've always looked chubby because of my face.

Answer: Neck and Lower Face Contouring Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and background information. The photos are little limited, but it appears that you would be a good candidate for a deep neck lift to contour the submental/subplatysmal fat and achieve a sharper neck contour. The neck lift may be augmented with bipolar RF (eg NeckTite), and you may also consider buccal fat removal to address the cheek fullness, though hard to give a strong recommendation without seeing your face from a frontal view. Answer: Loose neck, skin, full cheeks, receding chin The photographs are rather limited, so it would be more important to post a full set of facial and neck photographs from all angles to make a better determination. Also important to post your age. From these limited photographs, you have fat deposits located in both compartments in the neck, located above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. A surgical neck lift can accomplish your goals of rejuvenation of the neck by removal of both compartments of fat, in addition to a platysma-platy. Liposuction alone will be ineffective, because most of your fat deposits are located below the muscle with a surgical neck lift, no skin removal is required, just three small access incisions. If you're over age 50, then a lower face and neck lift would be required to tighten skin.
