A face and neck lift would lift your cheeks so they would not appear so full and ptotic. The neck portion will recreate a pleasing neck line without the fullness. The procedure can be done under local anesthesia or IV sedation.
You would be able to have a necklift, but you would have to get a clearance from your cardiologist, allowing you to hold the Aspirin for 10 days before and after the case, and the blood thinners 4-5 days before and after the case. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.
I would recommend doing the face and neck together for best overall results. You would just need some tightening in the neck using a lateral platysmaplasty. The facelift part will lift your cheeks and correct the jowl fullness. This can be done under local or with IV sedation in the office.
