I have a lump on my left side of my nose. What is it and how do i fix it? (photos)

The lump on your nose may be structural (such as cartilage) or soft tissue in nature ( typically fatty tissue) but the fact that it appears to be growing suggests that potential tumours (whilst uncommon) should be excluded. I would recommend consulting your General Practitioner in the first instance for a referral to a Plastic Surgeon experienced in both rhinoplasty and facial tumour resection surgery for consultation, scans and potential tissue diagnosis to establish the basis of the lump.
The techniques used in rhinoplasty surgery and lump removal may be utilised to remove your lump in isolation. If you are also seeking to undergo nose reshaping, rhinoplasty surgery may be appropriate.

It is difficult to say for certain without a clinical examination however the likely cause is a large piece of cartilage in the nose which is asymmetric and would require a rhinoplasty to fix it.

It spirals to be a large tip cartilage but wou oh d need to be seen to be sure. It could be corrected on its own or along with a full rhinoplasty

Thank you for your question. These lumps usually arise from the skin of the nose rather than the underlying cartilage framework. They can be removed but can be tricky to do so compared with other locations on the body in order to avoid scars on the face. Hence, one consideration is to remove it using an open rhinoplasty approach. This can be performed by anyone with sufficient experience in this area.
