My experience with Dr. Tarashansky was the best experience I could have asked for. I had a straightforward rhinoplasty with some minor breathing issues that needed to be fixed. Dr. Tarashansky made sure my every concern and request was heard. Every time I was scared or nervous, he made sure I was comfortable! His bedside manner was amazing and he made my nose look exactly how I wanted it to be while still keeping it natural.

LIFE CHANGING. After over a year of research and calling other doctors around the country, I believed I had found the best of the best and one month post-op, it's clear that that statement holds true.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Tarashansky and the incredible work he did on my nose. From the very first consultation to the final follow-up appointment, Dr. Tarashansky and his team have been nothing short of exceptional. I had a complicated case where my nose was buckling to one side causing me severe breathing problems and frequent nosebleeds. Dr T taught me about my own symptoms in our very first consultation. I felt immediately like I was on the right path to a solution.

Dr. Tarashansky's expertise and skill are truly remarkable. His experience is beyond apparent. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the entire process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible results were evident from the start. His team (in particular Eleyn who I emailed back and forth for several months) was nothing short of impeccable. Consistently replying back to my emails with short wait times and ensuring communication channels were open and accessible.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the recovery process was much smoother than I had anticipated. Dr. Tarashansky and his team provided excellent post-operative care and support, making sure I was comfortable and healing properly. After care is extremely important for a procedure like this and after every follow up with Dr T. I felt more secure and confident that things were going well.

Now, just over a month after the procedure, I could cry with happiness from the results. My nose not only looks more aesthetically pleasing but also functions better than it ever has before. It has brought me to tears a few times being able to breathe with such clarity through my nose. In the gym, taking a deep breath before a rep or even going to sleep and knowing I don't have to breathe without my mouth open. I did not anticipate this surgery to be as life changing as it has been.

It hasn't always been easy, the cast removal week was difficult as I was still swollen and mentally had to understand my nose would change a lot as it was still healing. Dr T. kept me informed of what changes to expect and every single thing from day 1 that Dr Tarashansky has said has held true.

Dr. Tarashansky's ability to combine cosmetic and functional improvements is truly remarkable.

In addition to his surgical prowess, Dr. Tarashansky's compassionate and caring nature sets him apart. He genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and goes above and beyond to address any concerns or questions. This level of personal attention made the entire experience even more positive. I feel like I had made a good friend that cared about my well being and was easy to talk to, where I didn't feel shy or embarrassed that I was getting a rhinoplasty.

After all my research looking into various practices around the country, I couldn't imagine going with anyone else apart from Dr. Tarashansky to anyone considering rhinoplasty or septoplasty.He is a talented surgeon with a warm and caring demeanor, and his results speak for themselves. Thank you, Dr. Tarashansky, for giving me a newfound confidence and improving my quality of life. You have truly earned these five stars and I would give 100 if I could!

From the first phone call I made for my consolation, I have loved every moment of my process with Dr. T and his office. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and Dr. T is a master at his craft. He makes you feel comfortable from the get go. He goes over with you everything you are concerned about as well as talks about your wishes and desires. Dr. Tarashansky is a master of his craft. After being turned away by other doctors for septo/rhinoplasty, I started to doubt whether I would be able to fix my medical issues while also achieving the aesthetic I wanted. I never felt so confident and assured as I did after my first consult with Dr. T. Immediately, I noticed his advanced level of knowledge and experience in regards to the anatomy of the face. Not only did he diagnose the medical issues of my nose, but he went into great detail on the overall structure of my face to evaluate the changes he would make to keep my facial harmony intact. When I got my cast off, I was preparing myself to have realistic expectations and possibly not like it at first - but I could not have been more amazed and IN LOVE with the result right off the bat! Before I found Dr. T, another doctor told me during a consult that he wouldn't trust even the top-rated surgeon in the world to work on my nose. Well, Dr. Tarashansky's work speaks for itself. I truly believe I found him for a reason as there is no one else who could have accomplished what he did. 3 weeks post-op and the swelling has continued to gone down.Dr. T's reduction of my turbinates + fixing of my deviated septum has improved my breathing so much! It was never like this before, even on a day when my nose wasn't congested. I can't wait for my nose to heal even more so that I can see more benefits .

Dr. Tarashansky did surgery on the inside of my nose to help me breathe better. Not only was the surgery a complete success but Dr. Tarashansky is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He is intelligent, caring and experienced and I'm grateful to have found him. Highly recommend

Had an excellent consultation with the Doctor that lasted well over an hour where we went into detail on all the specifics of the procedure and he answered my many specific questions. He explained each and every change he would make and why and was also open to my feedback and desires. Dr. Tarashansky is also extremely personable and has an exceptionally sharp eye for detail. He is very straightforward and transparent about everything. He will not oversell anything and he customizes his work based on each detail in the face. I would send all my family and friends to him if I could. Highly recommend.

Dr Taranshansky is hands down the best surgeon. I had surgery with Dr T over 6 years ago and am still beyond happy with the results. Cosmetically, my nose still looks amazing. People stop to tell me constantly how they think my nose is perfect and I always tell them my story with Dr T. Not only does it still look amazing after all this time, but I can still breathe as well. Allergy season is no longer torture, since having surgery, I can always breath. Pre and Post OP really showed who Dr T was as a Doctor. Not only was he phenomenal as a surgeon, but his bedside manner showed how much he really cared about his patients. 

Before my surgery he really prepared me with everything to expect. After surgery he was constantly checking on me to see how I was doing and he really helped me with any concern I had. I am so thrilled with everything he's done. I've recommended him to many people and they were all equally impressed with him and agree that he changed their lives. I still see Dr T regularly for fillers and botox as he is the ONLY person I would ever trust. He really changed my life. Not only can I breathe normally, but he's made me feel confident with how I look.

Dr. Tarashansky changed my life! I entered his office with a deviated septum, a septal perforation and a whistling when I breathed through my nose. I suffered for many years. I had my surgery early March and could not be happier! Dr. Tarashansky provided exceptional after care and kept in touch with me all the way! I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Taranshansky to discuss what could be done to correct problems from a previous nasal surgery years ago. I was using nasal strip band aids to open airways for breathing at night.

We discussed the corrective procedure to resolve these issues .Well, he exceeded all my expectations and expressed a level of genuine concern and professionalism , which is rare these days.
