For my primary rhinoplasty. I would like a small feminine nose. I am concerned with it looking too projected still, or wider from the front, or piggy. I do not know my skin type but my drooping tip seems to be cartilage. Thank you

Deprojection of the nasal tip is commonly performed during Rhinoplasty, you also appear to have a small dorsal hump and in the front view the nose may have a very small degree of asymmetry. These issues can be addressed during primary rhinoplasty with emphasis on making a smaller less projecting nose.
