HHello I had sinus surgery with a slight rhinoplasty several years ago and the t gotten more crooked. I like my nose now in real life but the asymmetry bothers me close up in pictures. Is this worth getting fixed or is there a chance it would be worse?
Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty Hello - Thank you for your question and for providing photos! The asymmetry of the nostrils is something that can be fixed with a revision procedure. It is up to you to decide whether or not you'd like to proceed with an entire revision rhinoplasty surgery. Good luck!

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty for crooked nose Your nose does appear to be crooked, and a revision rhinoplasty surgery would likely be necessary to address the issue. However, a physical exam would be needed to understand what exactly is causing the crookedness and how best address it. With all revision surgeries there are risks; an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon will help to navigate those risks and keep you out of trouble. At first look, just based on the photos, it appears that the risk/reward ratio is in your favor. Revision rhinoplasty is a very technical surgery and should be left to the experts, so please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has decades of experience with revision rhinoplasty surgery.

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hi, thank you for your question. It would be your decision whether you want a new, better nose or not although surgery has risks. Technically speaking, I see some deformities such as depression on one side, axis deviation, tip deformity etc. Actually, if you are happy, do not think surgery. If the nose appearance bothers you for a long time, you may make a plan. Regards. OprDr.Cem Altindag The Nose Clinic Istanbul TR

In addition, there appears to be a localized lesion at the nasal dome (although it could be artefactual. The columella is slanted and the nasal septum appears displaced. Revisional surgery is to be considered for correction. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion. Best wishes...
