Hi poutnfluff, Thank you for your question! Having a Rhinoplasty within 3 weeks of lip blushing should be fine, if all heals as it should. Having said that, I'd be cautious of getting permanent tattoos on the lips, considering how it can look over time. - Yadro Ducic, MD
