Would I benefit from Rhinoplasty or Chin Augmentation? (photos)

Hello. Depending on your goals, you may be a candidate for rhinoplasty. Based on your photo there are a few things that can be done including straightening the dorsum/profile and refining the tip. A chin augmentation is likely not necessary.

It would be great to know what you wish to change and also evaluate if any functional work needs to be performed. As for the chin you have good projection and i do not think you need an implant or any other type of augmentation.

From the pictures presented, a chin implant is not necessary. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish Refinement of the nasal tip, shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrowing the bridge line with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required. Thick skin in the tip of the nose will prevent refinement in that area, so it's important have realistic expectations
