I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon today, and he unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute. He said he would not recommend rhinoplasty, but failed to provide an explanation. Judging from his website, I can see that he has operated on many patients with better looking noses than mine. So I'm confused as to why I was rejected. I would like to get opinions from other doctors before I spend money on more consultations.

Thank you for your question! Having a Rhinoplasty within 3 weeks of lip blushing should be fine, if all heals as it should. Having said that, I'd be cautious of getting permanent tattoos on the lips, considering how it can look over time.
