For the eyes do you have to have surgery to change the shape or can you get Botox instead?
Answer: She has a full time designer manipulating her publisher photographs so don't get taken in. Her results are the result of extensive surgery that may have included: forehead lift, upper eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and a chin implant. She is also getting botox, and facial fillers. The after photos suggest the upper eyelids have been damaged. I agree with other surgeons here. It does not matter what Ms. Jenner did. What matters is what is right for you.

Answer: Need personal consultation Although I doubt Kendall has had any eyelid surgery, the effect you are noticing is more almond shape eyes and higher cheeks. Filler injection may help the cheeks but not the eyes. There is a procedure for almond eyes. See following link and video. Not everyone is a candidate. Need to have consultation to determine.

Answer: What can be done to achieve a natural, dramatic change Thank you for your question. Carefully placed Botox can, in fact, change the arch of the eyebrow and softening of the tissues surrounding the eye. Surgery certainly is an option for a subtle or even a more dramatic change. Best to seek an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is also an experienced injector to discuss your particular concerns. Best of luck.

Answer: Looking like Kylie Jenner As we develop and mature, so does our faces and features. Teenagers and adults do not like the same even though they are the same person. Most of the changes in faces of famous people are from natural processes and not cosmetic procedures. Some of the changes are also due to software on phones and computers.I recommend that you see an expert prior to undergoing any treatments.Best regards and I hope this helps, Dr. Sapijaszko

Answer: Consultation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. There are many options for patients and it largely depends on your individual anatomy. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
