Dr. Tirgari never fails to listen to understand the patients wants/needs. I went into Avalon Laser San Diego for my first not knowing what I wanted but knew I wanted to have more volume of my lips that was it. Unlike all other med spas or plastic surgery/aesthetic nurses Dr. Tirgari paid attention to my want, explained thoroughly what I needed as well as what I didn’t need and the why behind it. Not only is this doctor experienced but is an amazing doctor! He will make you feel comfortable about any procedure and will give you the best advise. I have traveled out of state, moved to another state and still only want him to see me! He is an expert and knows so much as well! The staff here is also so kind and helpful!

Dr Tirgari is amazing he has an eye for detail and his results are always above expectations. I always have a great experience as well as results. His staff is very friendly and accommodating.I highly recommend him and his staff .

Dr. Tirgar did my lip filler and tear through, for both procedures he talked me through the entire process and what to expect, I had no pain at all and although it's only been a few days, I've had no bruising and am happy with the results. Also, he's super nice and welcoming! I've already recommended him to my friends and mother.
