Botox can be injected just under the lateral aspect of the eyebrow to achieve a brow lift. This works best when the glabella is injected at the same time. If Botox is injected under the mid brow (not laterally) eyelid drooping can occur. I would recommend consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon experienced in Botox injections. Best wishes.
What are you trying to achieve with Botox injections under the brow? If you are looking to get a brow lift then injection of the outer brow and glabella can help provide a lift. Injecting under the brow anywhere other than the outer brow, or injection by an inexperienced provider can result in an eyelid droop. There are other non-surgical treatments which can help lift the brow when used in combination with Botox. Make sure you see an experienced provider.
This may be not such a great idea and could lead to a droopy eyelid. An experienced injector will guide you to a good outcome in case your looking for a browlift. Warmest regards, Dr. ALDO
This does not seem like a good idea since it would cause brow drop. If you wanted some suggestions, posting a picture and asking what is your desired result would help. Botox paralyses muscles. I do not know what if your desired result to advise you alternative treatment or filler. Good luck!
Dear erneern: Botox is an art and a science. The injectible medicine relaxes the muscle fibers to alter the pull of those muscle fibers on attached skin (causing wrinkles), other muscles (causing changes in muscle expression and bone (creating muscle bulges and weakening the joint movement. When injected by a talented and experienced, artful Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and other injectors, wrinkle lines below the brow and changes in the eye “openness” can be achieved. The amount of Botox, dilution, depth of injection and site selection will all determine the result. Botox and all other botulinum products have a variable diffusion so the medication may enter undesired muscle fibers and cause side-effects like: eyelid droop, puffiness of the eyelids with swelling and fat bulging. This is a advanced technique! Pick your injectors wisely. Good Luck!

Hello. If the purpose for injecting here is to achieve an eyebrow lift, then it is very very important that the injector know exactly what he/she is doing so that you can achieve a lift without causing a eyebrow droop. Placement is very important.Make sure that the injector has done this before and is familiar with the process.Hope that helps.
Hello erneern,Thank you for your question. In short Bad idea. Botox placed as you described will cause a brow to drop. Speak with an experienced injector to discuss options regarding brow changes desired.
This can be done as long as it is above the orbital rim and lateral, away from midline. This will cause the brow to raise and perhaps arch more. I do this routinely for my brow lifts.
It is not a good idea to inject under the arch of the brow at it may cause a droop. I recommend consulting with an experienced injector for best results. Best, Dr. Michon
