Botox is used for masseter muscle reduction with leads to slimmer jawline where injected takes several sessions. First, I think that you have very feminine facial features. I would not recommend a zygoma reduction as this will not achieve the results that you are looking for. Botox placed into the masseter muscles can have minimal effects. You might consider slimming the area below your cheeks with the removal of a portion of the buccal fat pads. This is a simple in-office procedure that can result in a slimmer appearance to the face though you have an overall nice shape to your face. Best of luck.

I would prefer to make your face more oval. A zygoma reduction will further lengthen your face, as is the jawline botox. I would prefer filler of fat in the areas immediately above and below your arch. Reshaping your chin with filler and botox (for the chin dimpling) will also add positively to the overall effect. 

One way to achieve feminine look is to have heart shape face. That means fuller cheeks, slimmer jawline and pointier chin. Most of the time this can be achieved with the use of Botox and fillers. Hi and thanks for your question. I would strongly recommend against surgery for you. Botox for jaw slimming is often a procedure that takes a few sessions to see the full results. I tell my patients to come back for another treatment 3 months after the first. The way it works is via atrophy of the muscle and sometimes it takes more than one session to atrophy the muscle sufficiently. Most likely you are grinding your teeth at night and the Botox works to weaken that habit. Over a few injection sessions, people usually kick the habit, at least for a while. I have had a significant number of patients stop grinding forever after 2 or 3 sessions of Botox and their jaw muscles remain normal sized. Hope that helps

I do not feel that your zygomas need to be reduced. They are not outside of the normal female limits.  And in person evaluation would be necessary to determine what bothers you and what safer options can be employed. 

I recommend a combination to slim the jaw. I recommend a touch-up of Botox with fillers to contour the entire jawline or radiofrequency treatments to tighten and shape. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial contouring expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

I would advise you try fillers before you undergo a surgery. Fillers are short term and even if you rare not satisfied with the outcome, it will go away. You could achieve a nice high cheekbone and pointier chin with Voluma.  Slimmer jawline with maximal Botox and ultrasound (Ultherapy). Overall, I think that would give you the proportion you are looking for, and a more feminine look.Overall, I think this is the best use of these procedures-- feminizing the face and bringing out your best features!
