I’ve seen this Dr. several times, and he is the only Dr. I would have touch my face. He has a great bedside manner, gentle and kind. He took a good amount of time with me, and I felt very comfortable. His office is very inviting, and I was seen right on time. I would and do suggest him to all my friends. Overall a pleasant experience, and I look 10 yrs younger! Love you Dr.Charles and Botox/filler.

From the minute I met Dr. Charles I could see his passion and excellent eye for aesthetics. Dr. Charles took the time to hear my concerns and go over all of my options, he is extremely knowledgeable. I have never met another doctor that took so much time to explain to me and make me feel so comfortable in my decision for treatment (Botox). I have gone to a couple of different dermatologists and after meeting with Dr. Alix Charles, I was finally happy with the level of care.

Dr. Charles is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable before, during and post so you know exactly what to expect. His staff is very professional and they also make you feel at ease. Dr. Charles and his staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He spent considerable time with me discussing my objectives, my options for treatment as well as what to expect during the procedure, and after care instructions. I've used Botox and Voluma now for a few years with Dr. Charles and have been extremely pleased with the results. But more recently, I'd catch my reflection in the mirror or see photographs of myself, and notice that at age 52, my double chin was getting more and more pronounced. I was thrilled when Kybella was approved and immediately signed up to be one of his first patients to try it. I'm thrilled with the results!
