I hate my Botox results. 2nd time. Can a microcurrent device prevent muscle atrophy after Botox?

i am reading of people suffering long term issues after botox gone bad. I researched that it is because even when botox is gone, the muscle becomes smaller and weaker. If i use a microcurrent devic, will i be able to prevent muscle atrophy? What about a tens?
