No, you should not try to alter your Botox results. It is not true that muscles become smaller and weaker. After Botox wears out, your muscles go back to normal state. Wait it out few months. It is better than diluting. Good luck!

Muscle atrophy is sometimes a desired effect of Botox, especially around the jaw if you have large muscles that may make your face look more square vs oval.     However around the eyes, temple area, it is not a desired effect.    Even though the dynamic facial wrinkles are reduced, you may end up with thinner muscles.   But once the Botox wears off, the muscles will regain it's strength and get back to it's original size within a month after the Botox is gone.     One other option is that if you plan on continuing with Botox,  you can do a filler under the skin to lift the skin away from the muscles, so the muscle atrophy is not very noticeable.   

Wouldn't it be nice if we could use Botox a few times and make the muscles that cause the wrinkles disappear, or even atrophy. Then, we would have no more wrinkles from those muscles. Doesn't work that way.  MANY years of constant use might cause some weakening but from what we have seen, when Botox wears off, you are back where you started. 

This is not a common issue with Botox. If you look on the internet, you will find every possible health issue attributed to Botox. You have to understand that Botox is administered millions of times per year worldwide. If there were significant side effects, many more people would be complaining of this. It wouldn't have a satisfaction rating on Realself of 95%. I don't think that the TENS unit will change outcome at all. 

When the effects of Botox wear off your muscles return to their prior state.  It would take many years and very consistent use of Botox to cause atrophy.  In theory atrophy, might be a favorable outcome as it would lessen the need for the same dose of Botox to create the same effect.  Using any device like tens will have no effect on Botox induced atrophy if it were to ever exist.

The simple answer is no they wont help. When Botox wears off the muscle should not atrophy but go back to its original strength. If it is done over 10 years there may be some weakening
