Loose pocket of skin after face tite and 2 Morpheus 8 treatments. What are my options now? (photos)

With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:

Thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photographs I would hazard that a neck lift is required to address the loose skin present.

The neck muscle needs to be tightened. It can be approached from under the chin and sutured together. However the skin needs to drape over it properly and for that you need the skin lifted off with dissection and then you can trim excess skin under the chin.

I honestly don’t think there is anything other than a lower cheek and necklift that is worth your time and money.

This looks like the edges of your platysma muscle. It will probably need to be tightened via an incision under your chin. You could try some Botox in the muscle first to see if this provides any improvement before resorting to surgery.
