Necklift with just a hidden scar under chin OR lipo with Facetite and Morpheus8? Low hyoid?

Hi all, I'm a 27year old female, BMI 28, consulted top 3 board certified plastic surgeons in my state, was told by all 3 that liposuction with or without skin tightening(Facetite and Morpheus8) is enough. But when I see cases like mine treated with plastymaplasty with a single incision under the chin, I feel that maybe just liposuction with Facetite and Morpheus8 may not be enough. Is my hyoid low? Have included Better photos! What's the best approach? Thanks!

Neck liposuction is performed if there is isolated fat in the neck below the jawline. Fat in the neck not only camouflages the sharp angle between the neck and jawline, but the weight of the fat pulls the tissue down faster over time. It is unlikely that liposuction would improve your neck as much as neck lift. Deep fat compartment, underneath platysma muscles, can not be treated with liposuction and that appears to be significant issue in your case. It is impossible to say whether you have low hyoid bone considering that it is masked with fat deposit in the anterior neck. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good expertise in face and neck lifts, is recommended. Good

The photographs demonstrate significant fatty deposits in the neck located both above AND and below the platysma muscle in the neck.  A surgical neck lift is going to be required in order to remove both compartments of fat which also includes a platysma plasty.  No skin removal or tightening is necessary at age 27.  In addition, there is a significant recessive chin profile present, and a chin implant would be necessary to augment your mandible forward which gives better  structural support for the soft tissues in the neck.  This will also improve your jawline along with the fat removal and the platysma plasty.   Unfortunately, liposuction will only remove the fat deposits above your platysma muscle which will not allow to accomplish your goals, since most of the fat in your neck is located below the muscle.  The other noninvasive treatments be a waste of time and money.

Each surgeon will have an opinion unique to him/her.
This should definitely be performed with an open technique
The contouring will be done with fat removal above and below the platysma
the tightening of a platysmaplasty is necessary
other contouring may be required, but exactly what is required will only be revealed after the first part of the procedure
I would also recommend a modest chin implant to heighten the contour of the jaw line
