I want to improve my neck and jaw line. I’m 48 and have had a consultation, the doctor recommended Morpheus with skin tite over a neck left. He said I still have good laxity and wouldn’t have the scars. I want optimal results while looking natural. I feel like he was pushing that because he recently got the machine I have seen some beautiful results from neck lifts. wanted to see if other doctors are getting good results with Morpheus vs a neck lift

Scarring will depend on the procedure. If you have Coolsculpting there will be no scar.

The bottom line with a nonsurgical neck lift is that you have to have good skin tone and a lack of significant fat excess and muscle laxity. Based upon the limited photographs you submitted, a surgical neck lift would likely be a better option for enhanced improvement. While you could some improvement with a non surgical neck tightening procedure, there is no equivalency to a surgical neck lift. Now sometimes in appropriate patients a combination of the two procedures can be done which has an advantage of a faster healing time with the best of both worlds. I would recommend consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon in your area.

The necklift procedure I reserve now for massive weight loss patients who have lost over 100lbs or those patients over 60. Thankyou for your question. Based on your photographs and the extent of loose skin, I feel you would do better with a surgical neck lift. Non surgical skin tightening procedures will help but not as much as a surgical lift. Without a consultation (in person or remote) and better pictures, a recommendation can not be made.  However, a possibility for you to consider is a non-incisional necklift (Ellevate and Trampoline Platysmaplasty) with the skin tightening of FaceTite.  It is a procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia.

you need a face/neck lift, non invasive options will do very little for you but threads, moprheus, fillers, botox can all be done. you just need to ensure you have the right expectations. I suggest a surgical route with a big laser at same time, and at home peels and dermarolling now.

With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds
5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)
