The bottom line with a nonsurgical neck lift is that you have to have good skin tone and a lack of significant fat excess and muscle laxity. Based upon the limited photographs you submitted, a surgical neck lift would likely be a better option for enhanced improvement. While you could some improvement with a non surgical neck tightening procedure, there is no equivalency to a surgical neck lift. Now sometimes in appropriate patients a combination of the two procedures can be done which has an advantage of a faster healing time with the best of both worlds.
