I'm so happy I did my research and found Dr. Keller. After deciding I wanted Facetite and a lip lift, I first talked to another doctor who tried to upsell the heck out of our consult and suggested many things I had started off by saying I didn't even want. Thank goodness I found Dr. Keller. I felt he was very honest and suggested FaceTite with MyEllevate to get better results and he was 100% correct. I could see an immediate difference even though I am still only two weeks after the procedures. LOVE the outcome so much. I have loose skin and it was so noticeable around my chin and neck. I also was noticing my lips starting to droop with age. These procedures gave me the perfect, subtle lift-me-up to feel young again! Such a HUGE difference. The first doctor dismissed Facetite saying it wouldn't even work for me. He kept pushing a neck lift) which I didn't want. Dr. Keller listened, was honest, and did an amazing job! I am soooo happy with the outcome. The lips are amazing. I cannot believe the difference even though it is subtle. I am so so happy and Dr. Keller is now the only one I will go to if I need or want anything else. I did LOTS of research beforehand and am so happy I found him. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and gave me a comfortable feeling throughout everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to his clients. I also felt he was very honest, when other doctors were not. I am SOOOO happy with my results. And I had zero pain. Only used tylenol the first night in case, but the entire experience was easy and IMO made a dramatic difference on bringing back a youthful look to my face. Pics below start from right after to the next three days and then one week after (still with stitches around nose) and then today (two weeks and no stitches). I still have mild swelling that will continue to go down and things continue to tighten up and still have healing around the nose as stitches just came out a couple days ago.

I had a great experience with Dr Keller. He was so professional, courteous and genuinely cared about me that it made the whole experience a lot easier to get through than I ever thought possible. I've had so many complements even during the first week after surgery and I was amazed at what he was able to produce. He has incredible expertise and art for performing facial surgery gained over his decades of doing them and my facelift looked completely natural. I just look like my younger self from 20 years ago which is amazing. I was worried about the stressful and painful recovery and he and his staff were super careful to guide me through it and support me the whole way. I never thought I'd ever get a facelift in my life. I'm an older mom of an 8 year old and very athletic and Dr Keller was able to help me work through my fears and have the courage to do the procedure. I had almost no bleeding after the procedure which was also amazing. When you get a surgery as big as a 6 hr facelift you have to trust your doctor and that is what sold me on Dr Keller. In the end, this experience has been a game changer for me and I'm so happy I took the challenge and did it.

First of all, I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Keller and his amazing staff are! They are compassionate, experienced professionals! They took me through the entire process of getting information about what procedures would be best for me, information about what to prepare for ahead of the surgery, how to care for myself after surgery, etc.
In selecting a plastic surgeon, I did extensive research. You only have one face and if it doesn't go well, you have to live with it or have more work (and regrets) as well as subsequent surgeries to fix it. I had a procedure in 2008 with excellent results when I had gone to Dr, Keller on the recommendation of a friend. I was pleased then, but after 13 years, it was time to do more. I knew that Dr. Keller has has continued his many years experience as a Clinical Professor at UCLA and co-director of the UCLA/AAFPRS facial plastic surgery fellowship. In that role he has trained many other physicians in Deep Plane Facelifts, has invented the “endoscopic brow lift” and has published extensively on facial rejuvenation. In May, 2021, I had the deep plane facelift and neck lift. I am so pleased with the results! One month later, I look and feel great! The results far exceeded my expectations. I wasn't trying to please anyone but myself. Seeing myself in the mirror and on zoom meetings I looked tired (and old). I didn't feel as old as I looked because I am healthy and fit. Now my face reflects how I feel. Now that I am able to meet with friends in person, "unmasked" because of success of the Covid vaccine, I have had so many compliments on how good I look. They do not know I had surgery and I choose not to be judged for it by those who would have warned against it. I feel it is a personal decision that should not be taken lightly or for the wrong reasons, and this was something that enhanced my feeling of well-being.

My experience with Dr. Keller was nothing less than amazing. I had a rhinoplasty done a couple months ago and i’m in love with the outcome so far. I still have many months to go but I trust Dr. Keller with my life, literally since he operated on me. I’m planning to get more procedures done in the future and I have full confidence in Dr. Keller’s ability to give an outstanding job.

I have had many procedures done to help me with my chin, neck fat and skin tightening. I have tried liposuction, and a few other treatments. I had improvement, but none of the procedures I had met my expectations or goals. Dr. Gregory Keller performed a treatment called Agnes on my jowels and neck under local in his office and I could not be happier! I saw tremendous improvement with just one treatment, and I did not have to take time off work. Dr. Keller was comforting and walked me through the whole procedure with little to no discomfort. He was informative and answered all of my questions. The agnes treatment done by Dr. Keller has lifted my self-confidence, and finally given me the results I wanted. Dr. Keller has an outstanding practice. From my first contact and continuing still , his team has provided an exceptional level of attention, advice, and assistance, reflecting my personal needs. I was researching plastic surgery in Tijuana, Mexico, due to proximity, and favorable costs, but mostly because of several friends and family who had safely sought facial procedures there and were reasonably satisfied with their results. I came across a webinar by the UCLA Department of Plastic Surgery which presented procedures, principles, and techniques of which I was not aware, and which led me to Dr. Keller. This information opened my thinking, and upon reading online reviews by the Tijuana patients, I noticed that, by far, the majority were for body work and not facial procedures. The Keller group specializes in faces. And they are among the best in the world. Any savings I may have realized by going across the border, could not have compensated for the advanced level of expertise, quality, and aesthetic excellence that appear so promising in these early stages of healing. Dr. Keller even addressed a pre-existing, man-made problem that had been bothering me for years. And I must note that throughout my entire process, I have not felt the need for any pain medication whatsoever. Although I was alone and in an unfamiliar city for my surgery and initial post-op days, I felt happy, comfortable, and well cared for. The experience could not have been better. Results to follow...

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Keller, his brilliant UCLA Fellows, and his amazing staff! I have been going to Dr. Keller for over 20 years and have referred friends who have had eyelid surgery (following my own!), face lift, and hair restoration. Dr. Keller even saw my mom and repaired an emergency-room suture job following a traumatic airport accident at no charge. Most recently Dr. Keller has been working with me on a multi-faceted facial scar reconstruction to correct skin cancer biopsies on my upper lip and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He is a true artist with the face! I recommend him for the large or small procedure without reservation.

He is one of Castle Connolly America's Top Doctors, co-director of the UCLA/AAFPRS facial plastic surgery fellowship and a clinical professor at UCLA.
Dr. Keller has developed a number of less invasive procedures in the field of Endoscopic Surgery and one of America's leading experts in Rhytidoplasty. He specializes in a natural look using less invasive cosmetic surgery procedures and limits his practice to neck and face. I was recently taken back at a two year follow-up comparing both sets of Dr. Keller’s files from my 2000 and 2016 procedures. Every day I am happily reminded of the wonderful work done by Dr. Keller and his staff, looking younger than I did 18 years ago! Dr. Keller has incredible skill to help you look your best in a natural but very improved way.

From the first consult to the last appointment I can only say I was extremely happy. Dr. Keller is extremely professional and a master at what he does.
