Watching the videos on the ellevate procedure it reminds me of a threading procedure. Is it? Also if you have the Ellevate procedure and decide in the future that you would like a lower face and neck lift is it possible to have one? Does the ellevate procedure cause a scar where the chin and neck meet? It’s called a suture procedure so I would assume you will have stitches that cause small scars. How much scar tissue does this procedure cause?
Answer: Neck Sag -- Fillers Like Belotero, Silk; Fraxel or Erbium Laser; Botox/Dysport/Xeomin; Sagging needs Neck Lift, Renvion/Vaser you can do face or neck lift after non invasive treatments we do it all the time! I would start sculptra and cosmelan peels at home with MTS dermarolling (see link) as this will build collagen and prepare you for face/neck lift if you need or want it. if you want a dramatic change necklift/facelift, Implants and fillers will give you that. noninvasive will improve the area and facetite, threads, morpheus, and fillers can be used. start at home dermarolling to tighten you skin, see emeragecismetics.com where we do free skincare consults daily and recommend MTS roller with anteageMD ampules daily (see dermarolling package). Answer: No problem with a facelift after Ellevate There should be no problem doing a face and neck lift after Ellevate. However, why would you want to do both, especially you will probably need to do a full facelift procedure in the near future after Ellevate. The problem is the lack of lasting results of Ellevate compared to a facelift. Also I would not consider combining the procedures at the same time. With time, there will be a difference in results and you would later want to revise the Ellevate portion.

Answer: Ellevate is a procedure that sutures the neck, much like a necklift, but without incisions It is not the customary threading procedure, but is more of a necklift without incisions. A more advanced form of elevate, that lifts the mid-neck underneath the chin more effectively is called a "trampoline platysmaplasty". I've performed the trampoline platysmaplasty for 11-12 years and find tht you can have any facelift or necklift procedure after, before, or simultaneously. The sutures are placed with a special blunt lighted probe through "needle punctures" that usually do not leave visible scars. The procedure can be used as a "revision" for previous necklifts. I would recommend that you see a board certified facial plastic or plastic surgeon who is trained in the advanced ellevate AND trampoline platysmaplasty.
