Can you add a feminine curve to the bridge of the nose without making the front shorter and wider?

I am looking to find out if its possible to curve the bridge of the nose without changing the appearance from the front. I understand that it might look SLIGHTLY different as the nose will be altered but can you change the bridge without making the nose shorter/wider? I don't mind the front of my nose and I think it suits my face well. However, I am very unhappy with my profile and am looking to make the bridge of my nose more curved and feminine. Can this be done without widening the front?

It is possible to smoothen the dorsal hump on a nose without altering the look of the frontal profile, although there might be some inevitable small changes. Thank you for your question. Yes indeed it is possible in most cases to provide a feminine curve to the bridge of the nose from the side view without affecting the tip from the frontal view. Without seeing your photos and examining your nose, it is hard to say if this would be possible in your case. it is also very important for you to have a computer imaging session with your facial plastic surgeon so that you can be sure that is the best possible look for you and your facial features. The profile of the nose can be adjusted to give more of an inward curve. This requires a dorsal hump being shaved down which is composed of both bone and cartilage. Osteotomies will need to be performed on the nasal bones to close the open roof deformity created from the hump removal. Remember the  nose is a three-dimensional structure, and there will be some very minor changes that will occur from the frontal profile even though the hump as been removed from the side profile

Picture your profile as a long tent. When you take off part of the top it takes you to a wider point. Osteotomies narrow it some but you could be a bit wider
