Can you add a feminine curve to the bridge of the nose without making the front shorter and wider?

I think that if you want the profile taken down a bit you should bring photos to your surgeon to show your goal. This would be helpful.

The profile of the nose can be adjusted to give more of an inward curve. This requires a dorsal hump being shaved down which is composed of both bone and cartilage. Osteotomies will need to be performed on the nasal bones to close the open roof deformity created from the hump removal. Remember the  nose is a three-dimensional structure, and there will be some very minor changes that will occur from the frontal profile even though the hump as been removed from the side profile

Picture your profile as a long tent. When you take off part of the top it takes you to a wider point. Osteotomies narrow it some but you could be a bit wider

After removing some bone and cartilage to create a curve,there will be some additional changes to the bridge and the surgeon cannot guarantee that everything else will remain the same.
