There are many reasons patient's get a crease on the nose, such as rubbing it from allergies, or a distinction between the upper lateral cartilage and the lower lateral cartilage. Thin skinned individuals tend to get more creases than thick skin individuals

It would be almost impossible to determine the cause of this crease without examining it in person.  The causes could include many factors and could be treated as we often treat many facial creases with not just one modality but a combination of treatments to achieve a complete result.  A board certified plastic surgeon, with years of experience in facial reconstruction and aesthetic surgery should be able to help improve this.

You do not give a history of previous surgery or trauma.Therefore, I would not expect these lines to disappear on their own.
