Thank you for the question and photo.  There are several possible sources for a nasal crease including:scarskin crease from manual movement of the areaedge of cartilageA more in depth physical exam and discussion would be needed to determine what the source of this crease is from.  Doing so will then allow discussion of what can be done to correct it.  Skin resurfacing, fillers, fat transfer, and rhinoplasty are all possible options.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta

It would be almost impossible to determine the cause of this crease without examining it in person.  The causes could include many factors and could be treated as we often treat many facial creases with not just one modality but a combination of treatments to achieve a complete result.  A board certified plastic surgeon, with years of experience in facial reconstruction and aesthetic surgery should be able to help improve this.
