Im almost 16 years old and about 4 weeks ago I got a nose job to fix my deviated septum and also make a few improvements to my nose. But ive been noticing the tip on both sides of my nose looks really different. Its a lot bigger and more round on the left side but on the right side it appears to just go down straight. Should I be worried? I know four weeks is a bit early but how could they be so different on each side?

It sounds like you may have a septal cartilage defect that is allowing the nose to change shape due to the lack of support. The photo is not adequate to make much of a recommendation, but you should visit with a rhinoplasty specialist to ensure that your problem can be addressed in a timely ...
Thanks for your question. The final result of your surgery will be apparent after your growth has stopped. I suggest waiting until then to judge your nose and consider having a rhinoplasty procedure. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
Yours is a quite common case of asian rhinoplasty; fortunately your dorsum is ok, it needs only narrowing. The tip is not among the most complex ones, it needs re-defining by means of grafts but not the most complex procedures.Find a good expert in such cases.
