After septorhino my cast was crooked. When the cast was removed the unevenness of the bones where the nose was broke (rt) and the soft tissue work on the tip (left) made my nose look crooked. PS says 80% of my swelling is gone and the bone difference is my anatomy and where the nose bone meets my face. It looks very narrow on one side and wide on the other. Is this right? I also have nostrils that go in different directions. Please help and suggest what I should do. It doent look right.
