My doctor purchases fillers from Mareli Medical so he can charge less, but are they legitimate?

Canadian_NewYorker
A friend of mine is a doctor and said you can only get voluma from Allergan. However, I had a consultation done for a chin augmentation with Voluma (I didn't get the syringe), and somehow it came up in the conversation that the doctor can charge less because he orders from a place called Mareli Medical (He only charges $700/syringe, as opposed to the usual $900+ in NYC). I just wanted to ask if anyone has heard of this and if they are legitimate. The doctor seems incredibly well qualified.
