So, I recently had lipo 360 and BBL with Dr. Charepoo at Mia Aesthetics. He is a wonderful surgeon and really give ladies the look they want however I wasn’t one of the happy patients. I wanted more projection a bigger booty and wider hips. He gave me nice laterals however I am not happy with my overall results doesn’t look like I’ve gotten anything done at all. I am looking into getting Sculptra Injections to fill out the dips and possibly give me more wider/fuller hips. Please Advise.

It can also be used to fill in small areas of volume loss, including those after a BBL. Keep in mind that Sculptra butt lifts usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as a brazilian butt lift. However, in the appropriate candidates nice improvement can be seen. We combine the treatment with our HIFEM butt lifting procedure for optimal results. I would recommend waiting at least 3 months after your BBL before proceeding with Sculptra. Make sure you see an experienced physician injector for an in-person consultation and evaluation and to minimize the risks of complications. Best wishes.

Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat grafting or implants to achieve the desired results. I would suggest waiting until you are completely healed from your liposuction/BBL procedure before obtaining additional treatments. It may be too soon to tell what your final results will be.
