How soon after a BBL, can I get Sculptra Injections?

The short answer to your question is about 90 days.At about 3 months after a BBL, the swelling has gone down and most fat cells that remain have filled up.  To fill dents or to create more roundness in any given area of the buttocks will require multiple Sculptra injections over a 3 - 6 month period.  Sculptra is an excellent aesthetic addition to the surface of any buttocks because it not only increases volume, but it gives a youthful appearance to the skin which is not created by fat injections alone.

Sculptra butt injections can help add volume and lift the buttocks in those individuals that do not have enough fat for a traditional brazilian butt lift, or do not want to undergo a surgical procedure. It can also be used to fill in small areas of volume loss, including those after a BBL. Keep in mind that Sculptra butt lifts usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as a brazilian butt lift. However, in the appropriate candidates nice improvement can be seen. We combine the treatment with our HIFEM butt lifting procedure for optimal results. Yes, Sculptra can be used to improve the shape of the buttocks and hips. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat grafting or implants to achieve the desired results. I would suggest waiting until you are completely healed from your liposuction/BBL procedure before obtaining additional treatments. Sculptra is a wonderful product to augment a given area. However, it will take several treatments and multiple vials to augment this area.  The results will last about two years and you will need to re-do this procedure at this date. When injected into an area it stimulates your body to produce additional collagen, which will fill in the desired areas. So, the answer is yes, you can have Sculptra injected to increase volume in your buttocks and hips. Keep in mind you may need several treatments to reach your ideal results.
