Sculptra gave me a square bulldog face. What can I do? (photos)

Question

I got 2 vials of Sculptra in December, one mixed with Radiesse (temples, cheeks), another for the side of my jowls and chin. I got another vial of Sculptra in February, again in the temples and right side of my jaw. Now I have a bulldog face and temples aren't even that different from before. Apart from my cheeks being better I hate the way I now look, saggy jowls and square masculine jaw. What can I do? Will masseter Botox work? More Sculptra in the temples? Other fillers? Help please!

Restoring the oval shape of the face with Sculptra is an art. I recommend consulting with a local dermatologic surgeon for further options. Just by looking at the picture, you could benefit from more filler in the temple area and zygomatic cheek.

It's not Sculptra that makes you dislike your results but possibly the lack of experience or misunderstanding on the part of the treating physician. I hope you have gone to someone who is a trained plastic surgeon. Next time you go for Sculptra treatments. I would recommend that you bring photographs of yourself from a much younger age or when you thought you looked your best. This will give them an understanding of what it is that you desire.
