Everyone reabsorbs fillers differently.  Some will have it last for 2 years while others will need it sooner.  Only time will tell how your body will use it.  For those of my patients that do come for a "maintaence" I find most usually require about one syringe. I hope that helps.

I suggest a formal consult.  I rarely directly inject the folds nowadays.  Folds are often a result of loss of volume in the cheek or early skin sagging.  You may need filler around or under the folds to lift.  Best, Dr. Emer.
