Thank you for your question and photograph. I would recommend use of fillers in both your cheeks as well as the prominent folds along the sides of your mouth. Voluma placement into your cheeks will restore tissue volume and will achieve a lift of the surrounding tissues, improving the folds near your mouth. It will not remove them completely, so additional filler directly into them will also be needed. Hope that this helps.
