To add insult to this, my areola are huge and my nipples are pointing downwards. I already have a large breast even after weight lost. What surgery is best for me and where should I do it? More specifically what country.I wish to know the cost of surgery, what are the processes before the surgery,how long do I need to stay in the country,recovery process and what can I expect after surgery?

Thank you for your questions.  There are many options available to you to help reshape your breast appearance into something you would find more attractive.  If you are looking to reduce the overall size of your breasts, while repositioning your nipple and removing any excess skin, a breast reduction may be a good option for you. If you would simply like to elevate your breast tissue and nipple into a more youthful position, without significantly altering the size, a breast lift is a better option.  Lastly if you would like to add volume, and enhance your breast appearance, a combination of augmentation and mastopexy is the best choice.  I would see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can perform an in-person exam, and can listen to your desires, to offer you the best treatment.  They can also discuss with you the necessary preoperative and postoperative restrictions.  Best of luck!

A breast lift is the procedure of choice when one has sagging breasts. This can be performed with or without implants. There are a number of techniques and usually the fees can vary significantly depending on the technique or whether implants are used. There are many good surgeons in many countries that perform this procedure although be prepared for follow-up visits if you wish to get the best results. Scarring is a part of breast lift surgery and scar issues often occur six weeks or later.

Hi, dm1093.  Breast lift can give perkier, better shape to your breasts if you want to maintain your breast volume or if you do not mind going a little smaller.  If you want to be fuller and perkier, you would need breast augmentation with breast lift.  From your description, it seems like you still "have a large breast even after weight loss."  Although in-person consultation will be needed to give you an accurate recommendation, breast lift seems to be a good option for you.In regards to where to have your surgery, I recommend undergoing surgery close to your home.  You want to be followed-up by your plastic surgeon afterwards.  Although breast lift is a very safe surgery with minimal risks, complications can arise.  In a rare instance that you experience complication, it would be better if you can visit your plastic surgeon.  I think every country has good plastic surgeon; select your plastic surgeon carefully.
