It looks like the lateral crus of the lower lateral cartilage of the nose on the right is more prominent than on the left. It is possible that a closed approach can adjust that using ear cartilage. But, it is also possible that revisiting the sutures on the cartilage that were done recently...

Since columella incisions are at the base of the nose and are not typically seen on any view except the base view, this should not be a source of significant concern.
