Hello I had functional septorhinoplasty in March of 2022. It didn't go well unfortunately. The doctor inserted spreader grafts for internal valve collapse, reduced my turbinates, straightened my septum and did a caudal strut graft. My septum has moved back to its original position, my breathing is worse . It's just a horror show. I'm having a functional revision and hopefully it will look better. What went wrong? I've enclosed a before picture. Thanks

Yes, a tip-plasty could certainly improve the shape of your tip and the overall proportions of how your nose fits your face. Based on the views you provide, this would be a reasonable plan to minimize the extent of a revision surgery while still addressing your concerns.
