It is possible to get a butt lift even if you are skinny.  Sculpting the areas around the buttocks (thighs, waist, back) will help to improve the overall shape of the butt.  Even a relatively small amount of fat transfer in a thin patient will give a nice fullness and projection.  Each patient is different and your surgeon should be able to customize a treatment plan for you. 

The areas of the hips and thighs that you do not like an be liposuctioned.  This can define the buttocks better.  

The term "Buttock augmentation" for many conjures up images of large volume transfer for significant size increases. While this is true in many cases, there are exceptions. Fat transfer is a tool which is utilized by the operating surgeon to achieve a particular goal. You are a great candidate for liposuction and butt lift surgery.  Your butt lift would be accomplished through taking the fat from your waist and thighs to use as fat grafts for your buttocks.

From your photos and your stated goals, I think you would be a good candidate for liposuction and free fat transfer.  Given that you have less fat to donate your results will be more subtle.  I have performed this procedure on patients similar to yourself, in which, as little as 200 to 400 cc of fat was injected into each buttock.  The patients is these cases were pleased with the improvement.  Costs can vary.  Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon, who has extensive extensive experience with free fat transfer.  Best wishes, Dr Lepore.

I think you can definitely have liposuction of the waist and thighs and transfer the fat to the upper pole of your buttocks where is seems to be deficient. I think that would a add roundness and enhance the buttock contour. You should consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL. Good luck!
