Will I ever develop an inframammary crease? (Photo)

Two weeks is much too early to tell your final results. Your plastic surgeon is in the best position to predict your long term results based on his preoperative exam and surgical findings/procedure.

Thanks for your inquiry and excellent pictures.  You are healing well at the two week mark, more changes are to come and you appear on your way to an excellent result.  My suggestion is that you see your plastic surgeon regularly as your implant drop and discuss strategies to enhance the definition of the fold.  Good Luck. 

At 2 weeks post op you do have a nice result. It will take another 3 to 6 months to see where your results and hopefully with scoring the breast tissues a more round lower pole will develop and a more defined inframammary fold will be noticeable. Best of luck!

For early result everything looks good. You should get a natural appearing foldover time as the implant drops. 

Thanks for the question and your photos. For 2 weeks out you look great. Your result will take a little longer because of the constriction you mentioned. I think you and your surgeon chose a very good size that is proportionate to you. The tight lower pole can make it difficult for the implant to drop if too large a device is chose. I can't see any reason why you would need anything done in the future. You should not need a bra and I would discourage using an underwire bra because it can impede the dropping. Your surgeon knows best though since they did the work. Best of Luck!

An inframammary crease will develop more as the tissues relax and stretch with time. Best of luck with your results.

For being 2 weeks post-op your breasts are healing nicely.  It will take at least 3 months to see the final result.  Continue following up with your PS as the implants are settling. 

From the photos you have provided, it appears you do have an inframammary crease. It may not be as sharp as you imagined it to be, but it is certainly within the norm. A deeper crease would mean some sagging of the breast over the fold, something that is not typical of an aesthetically pleasing breast. The lower pole may fill more over the next few weeks, but it does not appear that you will develop any drooping of your breasts in the near future, which is a good thing. 

Appears as excellent early 2 week post results. If after 6 moths unhappy than consider revision. //////

It appears the inferior pole is expanded and should continue to improve as time goes on. Time is your friend.
